At The Prime Ink, we aim to deliver your order quickly and efficiently across the United Arab Emirates.

 

Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver to all Emirates within the UAE.

 

Delivery Timeframes

Standard Delivery (1-2 business days)

  • Orders placed before 1:00 PM are eligible for next-day delivery.
  • Orders placed after 1:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.

Please Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to location, public holidays, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.

 

Delivery Information

To avoid delays, please ensure your delivery address and contact details are complete and accurate when placing your order.

Please include:

  • Full name
  • Mobile number
  • Building/Villa number
  • Street name
  • Area/Community
  • Emirate

If any information is incomplete or incorrect, we may contact you to verify your details before dispatching your order.

 

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across the UAE.

  • Please ensure someone is available to receive the order.
  • Kindly prepare the exact cash amount whenever possible.
  • Orders can only be cancelled before they have been shipped.
  • Once a COD order has been dispatched to our delivery partner, it cannot be cancelled.

Order Confirmation for Cash on Delivery (COD)

To ensure accurate deliveries, all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are subject to order confirmation. Our team may contact you to confirm your order and delivery details before dispatch. Orders will only be shipped after confirmation. Once a confirmed order has been dispatched, cancellations are no longer accepted.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive your tracking information via email.

 

Failed Deliveries & Return to Origin (RTO)

If a delivery cannot be completed due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery information
  • Customer unavailability after the courier's delivery attempts
  • Order refusal or cancellation after dispatch

the order may be returned to us (Return to Origin - RTO). Additional shipping charges may apply if you request the order to be shipped again.
