Is The Prime Ink safe for kids?
- Yes. The Prime Ink tattoos are made with cosmetic-grade ingredients and are safe for both adults and children when used as directed. However, we recommend that children use the tattoos under adult supervision. As with any cosmetic product, a small number of people may experience skin sensitivity or an allergic reaction. We recommend performing a patch test before full application, especially for those with sensitive skin or allergies. For safety, do not apply tattoos on sensitive areas of the body, including the face, eyes, lips, inside the mouth, intimate areas, or on broken, irritated, or sunburned skin. Although our tattoos are safe for children, we recommend they be applied by an adult.

Are The Prime Ink tattoos nut-free?
- Yes. All The Prime Ink tattoos are nut-free.
- If you have sensitive skin or known allergies, we still recommend performing a small patch test before applying a larger tattoo.

Yes! We use advanced digital printing technology to create high-quality images that last a long time when transferred.

• ThePrimeInk tattoo can last up to 14 days.
• Kindly note that the lifetime of your tattoos depends on different factors such as size, placement, application, and daily activities.

• Once the tattoos are placed, they cannot be removed prematurely.
• Your tattoo will naturally fade as your skin cells regenerate, typically after about 1-2 weeks.
• At that point, you can gently scrub off the tattoo. For faster removing, you can lightly rub or wash it with warm soapy water.

ThePrimeInk semi-permanent tattoos do not expire. However, we recommend storing your tattoos in a cool and dry area for best results.

Shipping Fee

• Standard Delivery (1–2 business days): AED 15
• Remote Areas: Additional delivery charges may apply.

Delivery & Collection Days

• Monday – Saturday
• No deliveries or collections on Sundays.
• Cut off time: 1pm

Order Processing

• Orders placed after the cut-off time on Saturday or anytime on Sunday will be processed on Monday.
• Orders are shipped only after a complete delivery address is provided.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are shipped only after order confirmation.

Remote Areas

• Deliveries to remote areas are available once a week. If a delivery attempt is missed, the next delivery date will depend on our courier's schedule.

Important Note

• If your delivery address changes after your order has been shipped, delivery may be rescheduled and additional charges may apply.

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across the UAE.

• Once order is placed, we will message you in WhatsApp or call you to confirm your order and ask for your complete address (if applicable).
• Without confirmation and incomplete address, we will not ship your order to avoid any issues or additional costs.
• We will ship your order once we receive your confirmation and delivery will take 1-2 business days.
• Please ensure someone is available to receive the order.
• Kindly prepare the exact cash amount whenever possible.
• Orders can only be cancelled before they have been shipped.
• Once a COD order has been dispatched to our delivery partner, it cannot be cancelled.
