Delivery Timeframes

    Available for orders placed before 1:00 PM.

    Orders placed after the daily cut-off time will be processed on the next business day.

    Important Note: Delivery times may vary depending on location, public holidays, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.

    Cash on Delivery (COD)

    We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across the UAE. Please ensure someone is available to receive the order and provide the exact payment amount.

    Failed Deliveries & Return to Origin (RTO)

    If a delivery cannot be completed due to:

    • Incorrect address information
    • Customer unavailable after delivery attempts
    • Order refusal

    the shipment may be returned to us. Additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery requests.
